David Beckham Site Ready to Launch!

Amongst my many studio jobs that I have been juggling recently, some of you may remember that I have been commissioned to draw cartoons and caricatures for The Unofficial Website of David Beckham.

This is a humorous website based on the spoof interviews with Becks on Los Angeles radio station K-Earth 101. Here’s the front page.

I drew a series of cartoons for various parts of the website which will be launched very soon as The Beckham Diaries.

David Beckham’s Blog

Work continues apace on The Beckham Diaries which will be going live very soon. In conjunction with Bluestock Printing we are producing a spoof blog supposedly written by David Beckham. This also ties in with some very funny interviews with, er, David Beckham, on Los Angeles radio station K-Earth.

We recently visited David at his Asda-like mansion in California and found him busy at the keyboard:

I have drawn two of the presenters of K-Earth Radio in Los Angeles as part of an ongoing project which concerns their regular spoof interviews with ‘David Beckham‘! It’s Lisa Stanley‘s birthday soon, so we thought it might be a nice idea to send her a caricature and to include the Morning Show‘s main man, Gary Bryan at the same time!

These caricatures and cartoons are to be regular feature on the Beckham Diaries website once it goes live.
