The London Caricaturist GETS THROUGH to BT!

Yes, folks, you heard it here first – The London Caricaturist actually MET some human beings who work at the UK’s British Telecom. For the millions of you who have wasted millions of hours waiting on an automated Customer Service helpline, in the vain hope of talking to to a real human being, I can now officially confirm that there ARE some human beings working at BT!

See the following photographic evidence:

They all gathered at The Royal Geographical Society in London just so that I could draw their caricatures! (Well, they were having a Christmas party and doing some country dancing as well, but, of course, I was the main attraction.)

These people have nothing to do with the call centres, though. Their department is Marketing, whatever that is. All I know is that they could use a few more cartoons in their campaigns. Remember the good old days of Buzby (thanks to 20th Century Ads for this pic)?

Buzby

Anyway – must get prepared for another successful day’s caricaturing. Today I am going to entertain a party of old (and some are VERY old) soldiers and their friends at the annual Not Forgotten Association  at St James’ Palace. More on this tomorrow!
