Conservatives’ George Osborne misunderstands Robin Hood

THE CONSERVATIVE PARTY conference in Birmingham featured a unique re-telling of the Robin Hood myth by the Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne.
In his imaginative adaptation, George Osborne sees Robin Hood as stealing from the poor and unemployed by cutting their benefits while giving to the rich by scrapping any plans for 'Mansion Tax'.
